All travelers who wish to enter Belarus will need a Belarus Visa issued by the Belarus Government, the Belarus Consulate in the US or the Belarus Consulate in your respective country. To obtain your Belarus Visa you will need a Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months past the anticipated date of entry to Belarus. A Belarus Visa application should be completed in full and accompanied by an official Belarus Visa support (A copy of the tourist voucher and a copy of the confirmation from a Belarusian travel agency. Hosting organization should be registered as a tourist company by the Belarusian authorities. This registration number should be indicated in the confirmation.). An entry visa for the Belarus may not be obtained on the border prior to entry.

A. 1 passport photo, which should be stapled to the marked space at the upper right-hand corner of the application form.
B. Your original passport with min. 2 blank visa pages. Amendment Pages do not qualify.
C. Completed Belarusian Visa Application Form ( 2 pages) downloadable or sent by email attachment

D. Official Belarus Visa support papers (provided by us)
E. Check or credit card payment for the appropriate amount
